COMPONENT DESIGN FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE OPERATION

We design and optimize components and equipment for cooling metallurgical and steel furnaces that operate under high thermal loads and aggressive conditions. We work with a variety of materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum bronze, brass, etc.) and manufacturing processes (rolled, cast, welded, machined, forged, etc.) to provide the ideal, cost-effective solution for your application.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT DESIGN

We develop projects for mechanical equipment, such as structures, ramps, presses, production devices, etc. We use advanced design and computer simulation tools to ensure efficiency, safety and project performance.

COMPUTATIONAL SIMULATIONS

We perform advanced computational simulations to analyze and predict the fluid dynamic (CFD), thermal and structural (FEA) behavior of parts, equipment and processes. This allows us to carry out studies, identify potential failure points, optimize geometries and validate the selection of materials for manufacturing.

CONCEPTUAL, BASIC AND DETAILED ENGINEERING

We carry out complete engineering development for new equipment, systems and industrial plants, covering all phases of the project — from the technical feasibility study to the definition of detailed executive projects.

TECHNICAL INSPECTION IN THE FIELD

We perform preventive technical inspection and failure analysis of metallurgical furnace components and cooling equipment, using resources such as infrared thermography, ultrasonic thickness measurement, liquid penetrant testing, thermal conductivity measurement, dimensional analysis and visual inspection. Our reports compare the collected data with computer simulations (CFD/FEA), identifying critical points and opportunities for improvement.

Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices

We design a wide range of below-the-hook material handling devices in accordance with ASME B30.20 and ASME BTH-1 standards to ensure safety, reliability, and extended service life.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

We reconstruct component and equipment designs from physical parts. Delivering 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings and bills of materials. Allowing the customer to access all the technical information about their equipment.

IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

We develop improvement projects based on failure analysis and computational simulations (CFD/FEA), with a focus on reducing costs and increasing durability. We redesign components for strategic material replacement, geometric and dimensional changes.

3D AND 2D CAD DRAWINGS

Development of detailed technical drawings and 3D models for manufacturing, assembly or technical documentation of your part, equipment or industrial plant.

DIGITALIZATION, UPDATING AND DETAILING OF TECHNICAL FILES

We convert old drawings into accurate 3D and 2D CAD models, delivering detailed and up-to-date manufacturing drawings and bill of materials.
